These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the 999bk website (https://999bk.best), mobile application, and related services ("Platform"). In these Terms, "999bk", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the Platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual registered on the Platform.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of bets before they can be converted to cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets — the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Bonuses are valid only for on specific games or sports eligible to use — this will be specified in each bonus's details.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• 999bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
• Both members must be active and have made at least one deposit to qualify for the referral bonus.

Betting Rules & Conditions

999bk has a set of general rules that apply to both Sports Betting and casino games. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is in the case of a system error.

• Bet Placed at Incorrect Odds: 999bk reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to an obvious technical error.
• Match Cancelled: If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• Live Betting: Odds move quickly during in-play betting. There may be a difference between the odds at the time of your request and the odds at which your bet is accepted — this is normal.
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings per event are capped — full details are displayed on each market's page.
• Parlay Bet: In a parlay bet with multiple selections, if any one result is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999bk. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any associated balance will be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in an organised manner with the intent to exploit the bonus system ("Bonus Abuse").
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

999bk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Indications of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion).

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Before the closure is processed, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance (provided no policy violations are involved).
